    Thanks Kathy.
    I am working with my wife Elizabeth an accomplished foodie, who has worked in the hospitality field for leading companies. A local food stylist, Wendy, who has worked on numerous food magazines and alongside many celebrity chefs. And we are also talking with a local wine specialist, he runs wine tasting events in Massachusetts and New York.

    Indeed is a serious glass of wine, however it seems a bottle of Truffle oil is missing!!! ;). Dear Tim, this is such a great idea and if there is someone who can pull it off it's definitively you. Your cooking as always been one of the best and innovative I had the pleasure to try. You should be up there with the best chef in or from the UK. I am sure one day, I will have the opportunity to meet you and enjoy your food again.
